We place a high value on the quality of the work we produce. We use black and white film and our prints are created by hand in a darkroom, the old fashioned way. The prints are crafted on a warm tone fibre based paper. We chose to produce hand prints as the contrast of the black, whites and skin tones are beautiful and the longevity of a hand print surpasses colour and digital. But digital and colour prints fade over time.

If you frame them well and take good care of them, our traditional method ensures your prints can be handed down over generations.

If you live in the tropics particularly we highly recommend air conditioning and dehumidifiers to element moisture from your favourite pieces of art.

Your prints are crafted by hand on high quality archival fibre based paper.

Our frames are particularly designed to match the style of the photographs we take and to minimize moisture and climate damage. Framing prices for the one by one inch classic option are attached. Box frames are an additional 20%.

Best advice for tropical climates: All frames are hand made and are acid free and permanently mounted on a particular backing we import from Canada so that the print is completely flat and does not warp. This eliminates any bubbling that can come up over time.

Best advice for temperate/dry climates: It is best for the print to be attached by the corners. We recommend prints are not firmly attached to the backing. This is the archival way of keeping a print.

You can purchase your prints frameless and organise your own framing, however we cannot guarantee the prints as we do not know what materials have been used by your framer. We do recommend that you take care to have images framed professionally.

If you decide to frame through us, we can have your prints/canvases/acrylics delivered directly to you or you can collect them from the studio at no charge of course.

We consider this a beautiful, simple contemporary piece of art. We are the only photographers using this method for family portrait photographs. We use the same premium production techniques as we do for our canvas prints, ensuring you have durability in diverse climate conditions.

We can advise on dimensions and appropriate images, acrylic prints can go up to forty by sixty inches in size (as seen in studio).

In addition to your prints we can create a leather book bound storybook. At your viewing appointment you can select thirty of your favourite images to go in each book. Sealey along with her graphic designer will then spends two to three hours designing the layout and the flow of each book. Books comes in two sizes, 6'x6' or 6'x7.5'.

Your book then comes in black box and makes a wonderful gift for the family (grandparents) or for yourself to keep. Our professional photography lab partner digitally prints our beautiful leather-bound black picture albums which come in a black box.

The canvas we use offers a rich texture you can feel and see. Canvas prints are light and easy to transport. We use UV protected pigment ink so that the image remains. Because we value longevity we choose premium-printing products that retain the brilliance and intensity of your image.

We can advise on sizes matching your chosen images. Canvas prints can go from 1.4 metres wide to any length you like.

For cards as a printing option we can do a few things. We can scan the image of your choice and directly email to our or your printer. That way you can design your own card and paper choice and pay the printer directly for the cards. If you prefer we can produce for you one selected four by six inch digital print (with or without borders) for you to slip into a card.
